Boarding Pickup/Drop-off Policies

  • Pets that attend our facility for sleep-overs have to be picked up before 11 AM on their pickup day, if not, a late pickup fee ($25 per pet) would apply. Pets staying past closing time would get an additional night's fee applied.

  • A minimum of a week (7 days) notice is required for sleep-over cancellations, short-notice cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation charge applied to the account or charged to the credit card on file.
